Step 1 — Decide on Fabric and GSM
For events: 180gsm cotton jersey or 160gsm drifit. For corporate polo: 220gsm pique cotton. For premium merchandise: 300gsm+. Higher GSM means better quality and higher per-unit cost.
Step 2 — Prepare Your Artwork File
Required format: AI (Adobe Illustrator) or PDF with vector artwork. Resolution for raster: minimum 300 DPI at print size. Specify Pantone colours — never use RGB or CMYK for physical printing as colours shift.
Step 3 — Confirm Your Size Ratio
Typical corporate size ratio: XS 5%, S 20%, M 35%, L 25%, XL 10%, XXL 5%. For family day events with mixed demographics, add more L and XL. For tech startup young teams, shift more to S and M.
Step 4 — Allow the Right Lead Time
Standard bulk t-shirt printing: 10–14 working days after artwork approval. Express: 5–7 working days (select fabrics only). Always add 2–3 days buffer for delivery and final checking.
Send your artwork before finalising the order quantity. Artwork changes after production starts can delay the entire order.
