For outdoor family day events: drifit polyester (140–180gsm) wicks sweat and dries fast. For partially indoor events or if staff comfort is priority: 180gsm cotton jersey is softer and more breathable for stationary activities.
Step 2 — Plan Your Team Colours
Most family day events assign staff to teams by colour. The standard: 4–6 colours from a single order, same design, different team colours. Avoid navy + black + dark green — they look identical in team photos.
Step 3 — Get Your Size Ratio Right
Typical office size ratio: XS 5%, S 20%, M 35%, L 25%, XL 10%, XXL 5%. Order 5% extra in M and L as buffer.
Order 3–4 weeks before your event date. Peak season (April–May, September–October) books fast.
